Site License Renewals
Site licenses are offered for one, two, or three-year terms and must be renewed to maintain uninterrupted use. Expired software may not be used and should be removed from all computers until it is renewed or repurchased. Complete our online renewal form to begin the renewal process.
Checking your expiration date
The software displays its expiration date when you activate it. You can also view or refresh the date at any time by clicking Help > About.
When to renew
Site licenses may be renewed at any time before the current term expires, or within 90 days after the expiration date. Renewing adds time to your current expiration date — or begins a new license term if the software has already expired.
What you can renew
You can renew any or all site licenses for a site, together or separately, regardless of when they were purchased or when they expire. You can also purchase new site licenses with your renewal for additional savings.
How to renew
To renew for one, two, or three years, complete the online renewal form and include it with your order. For renewals of more than three years, or to synchronize the expiration dates of your licenses, contact orders@kutasoftware.com for a custom quote.

Renewal pricing is per site. If you're responsible for software at more than one site, find the price for each site in the table below and add the prices together.

All prices are in US dollars. Software that is renewed or purchased using the pricing above must be used at the same site that is currently licensed to use the software. The table is based on a quantity of one for each product and on all products being different. Overpayments shall be used to renew the software for longer.
