Serial Number Lookup


  This page is intended for customers who lost their product serial number or were never given a product serial number.

Prior to August 16, 2008, our software did not require a product serial number. Current versions of our software now do. To enable our existing customers to upgrade to our latest versions or to reinstall previously purchased software, we have retroactively assigned them product serial numbers.

These numbers are permanent. You can use them to download and install purchased software again in the future, regardless of whether you originally bought the software by download or on CD.

There may have been changes to the software license. Please read the entire license agreement as usual to familiarize yourself with any changes.

Before installing a new version, be sure all old versions have been removed from your computer.
